1. Wake up early & drink some warm water
2. Go for short walk or Yoga
3. Get Shower & do some healthy breakfast like Poha, Dalia, Egg Omlet Etc.
5. Take a Short break after every hour of works.
6. Drink some green tea or Black tea. it feels you refreshed
7. After lunch take a 20-30 minute sleep which makes u energetic
8. In evening go for park.
9. After night light dinner u can also go for walk
10. Sleep with happy mood will heal you mind & body.
