Health & Discipline - See the Miracle

Health is most important thing in everyone's life. Discipline plays a very important role in our heath. If we only follow the discipline of Wakeup, Eating, Working in timely manner than it can give us best result that we never think before. Only the crucial part is continuity of following discipline. Thus first all we all follow the following chart:- 

Schedule for Wake to Schedule of sleeping 
1. Wake up early & drink some warm water  
2. Go for short walk or Yoga
3. Get Shower & do some healthy breakfast like Poha, Dalia, Egg Omlet Etc. 
4. Go for work or Study as the case may be. 

5. Take a Short break after every hour of works. 
6. Drink some green tea or Black tea. it feels you refreshed 
7. After lunch take a 20-30 minute sleep which makes u energetic
8. In evening go for park. 
9. After night light dinner u can also go for walk 
10. Sleep with happy mood will heal you mind & body. 

If this is followed continuously for 1 month. You Can See the miracle in your life. This will change your life like a bird in sky. and health is in your hand.
